The Teledyne Dalsa Genie Nano-CL M5100 Mono uses the Python 25K monochrome APS-H CMOS sensor over a Camera Link interface with a resolution of 5120 × 5120 pixels (26.21 MP) at 32 frames per second.

Like all Teledyne DALSA Camera Link cameras, the Genie Nano-CL M5100 Mono is based on AIA (Automated Imaging Association) Camera Link standard, which required a frame graber to connect to a PC. The Genie Nano camera series will perform well in applications where the current camera has already gained traction, namely:
