Issuance of a purchase order to Pyramid Imaging, Inc. signifies your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, regardless of any statement to the contrary.

Our shopping cart is secured using SSL to serve our payment processing. We are dedicated to keeping your information safe and secure.

All quotes or estimates are valid for a period of 30 days.

An order is considered accepted when a sales order confirmation is sent by Pyramid Imaging, Inc. Products are invoiced when shipped. Finance charges will accrue on past due payments and are payable immediately. Pyramid Imaging, Inc reserves the right to require partial of dull prepayment prior to shipping for accounts in arrears. Pyramid Imaging, Inc, reserves the right to revoke credit terms at its sole discretion.

Credit Cards Accepted: All major credit cards are accepted at the discretion of Pyramid Imaging for orders under $9,999. This is given as a convenience to you, our customer in order to expedite the ordering process and eliminating the time to qualify a customer's credit line. A convenience surcharge, non-refundable, of 2.5% will be applied. Orders may be accepted with customer purchase orders and payment terms after a credit review has been completed.

Due to the tax laws of Florida, the prevailing tax rate based on county sales tax percent will be added to items shipped within the state of Florida.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason the product does not conform to the published specifications, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of purchase, we will gladly consider exchanging the item or refunding the original purchase price of the item.

Please note the following:
Returns or exchanges will be considered within 10 days of purchase.
Product must be like new
Product must be returned with all documents and manuals. Product must be returned in original undamaged packaging
Please be sure to securely wrap the item in its original package
Indicate the reason for refund or exchange
Include a copy of the original invoice with returned items as well as the RMA form provided to you
Allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund processing
Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs

Shipping fees and handling charges
Shipping is calculated on the weight of the item. The minimum shipping and handling fee is $25.00 USD.

Unless otherwise agreed, Pyramid Imaging delivery shall be FOB Origin (sometimes called "FOB shipping" or "FOB shipping point"), the sale is considered complete at Pyramid Imaging, Inc. shipping dock, and thus the buyer of the goods is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport.

Please Note:
The risks of loss and or damage pass to the customer upon hand-over of the goods to the carrier, forwarding agent or transportation person. The same applies for no-cost evaluations.
Customer is responsible for any and all loss of product, damage of product or delayed shipments.
We recommend insuring your shipment using the declared value option offered by most carriers.
If the customer determines that no declared value is required a waiver of declared value form must be signed and submitted to Pyramid Imaging (ask your account manager to provide the form prior to your shipment being released to a carrier) accepting the obligation to pay the full value of the items shipped, regardless of loss or damage.

Acceptance and receipt of delivery; For customers making purchases on a blanket purchase, please note, Every manufacturer has different terms for push in or pull out changes to blanket PO's. Please ensure you understand the terms as changes to blanket purchases must be approved by the manufacturer and Pyramid Imaging, Inc. prior to changes. At least 30 days notice must be given for requests to change blanket purchase releases.

Pyramid Imaging, Inc retains ownership of components until payment has been received in full.

Warranties vary by manufacturer please ensure you understand the warranty period for products you are purchasing. Pyramid Imaging, Inc is not responsible for the manufacturers warranty terms.

Should disputes arise; The parties will attempt in good faith to promptly resolve any dispute arising out of this agreement by negotiations between representatives who have authority to settle the controversy. If unable to resolve such disputes the parties will enter into a non-binding mediation by a third party and the laws of the State of Florida will govern the resolution.

These terms supersede any customer terms .
