Latab Dome Lights diffuse top illumination that is typically generated by a dome light. Dome lights are best for illuminating reflective objects and to avoid shadows. A further application is the illumination of transparent objects. The working distance of dome lights is typically 30 mm maximum, although for large dome lights it is 50 mm. The size of the dome light should be selected in such a way that there is a distance of about 10 to 20 mm from the outer edge of the object to the inner edge of the dome light.
Dome lights are available with outer diameters from 44 to 348 mm. In addition to the standard colors (red and white), dome lights are also available in blue, green, UV, and IR.
