The LP8000 Germanium window has a DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating that is resistant to abrasions and is perfect for harsh work environments. It also features an anti-reflection coating for maximum transmission in thermal imaging. It has 7.5-12.5 micron useful range making it ideal for thermal camera enclosures. It is also useful in long wave infrared imaging.
