This is a T2 to Pentax adapter. This product adapts a male T2 (M42 x 0.75) thread to a female Pentax (M42 x 1.0) thread. It is most often used to mount a Unifoc focus mount or T2 extension tube to a Pentax thread (sometimes called a Universal Mount). It is 9.5mm thick.
