The camera modules can be connected to a single board computer (SBC) via USB 3.0 or directly to a SoC (System-on-Chip) or FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) via MIPI based data transmission. This allows the dart cameras to be used for a variety of embedded and machine vision solutions.

The Basler daA720-520um USB 3.0 camera with the Sony IMX287 CMOS sensor delivers 523 frames per second at VGA resolution. Basler dart available in no-mount, CS-mount, and S-mount options.
