Navitar offers a variety of adapter plates so your system can be used with microscope stands from Nikon, Olympus, Meiji, Bausch & Lomb and Leica. These adapter plates allow you to utilize the shoulder of the zoom as a secure place of mounting instead of the adapter tubes
The complete Zoom 6000 Lens System requires an Adapter Tube component. When combined with the C-mount coupler, the adapter tube places the camera sensor at the optical image plane of the zoom system. Adapter tubes are available in magnifications range from 0.5X to 5.0X. To provide flexibility to the overall system length, adapter tubes are available in compressed "mini" and “short” versions or choose a right angle adapter and mount to vary the orientation and optical path of the system.
A Non-Inverting Right Angle (NIRA) mount introduces a 90° bend in the optical axis, however the use of a penta prism results in an image that is erect and reads left to right. NIRA adapters must be fitted to the Zoom 6000 body tubes in order to maintain path length. NIRA adapters are available in magnification ranges from 0.67X to 5.0X.

Manual Zoom Modules: Manual adjustment of the zoom and focus allow the user to change the field of view and regain focus when the sample they are imaging changes size.
Apertures: Allows the user to adjust the amount of light that flows through the system without adjusting light source intensity. Can improve depth of field when it is adjusted properly.
Detents: Obtain specific "...
Navitar’s motorization design integrates magnetic Hall-Effect sensors to reference position location. Users can choose to motorize the zoom and focus axis, or just the zoom. We have three different motor types available:
•2 Phase Stepping Motor (Faulhaber)
•5 Phase Stepping Motor (Oriental, Vexta)
•DC Servo with Encoder (Faulhaber)
Lenses with a part number designation ending with an F and M have DC servo motors, no limit sensors and, can only be used with our manual controller. These uni...
The Body Tubes-UltraZoom are designed to be coupled to infinity corrected objectives when higher magnification and higher resolution imaging is required.
All zoom lenses come standard with locking screws on zoom and focus (where applicable).
The motorized UltraZoom Body Tubes are designed to be coupled to infinity corrected objectives when higher magnification and higher resolution imaging is required. These Zoom bodies can be accessorized with a variety of motors so that the solution can be automated and controlled with a motor driver. Navitar’s motorization design integrates magnetic Hall-Effect sensors to reference position location. Users can choose to motorize the zoom and focus axis, or just the zoom. Navitar offers three diff...
Controllers are utilized when specifying a motorized zoom lens. The controller allows you to drive the motor and tell it when to change positions. Power supplies are necessary to power the controller and drivers.
The 1-6010 is designed to couple all Navitar zoom lenses to any C mt camera. The microscope couplers allow you to attach any infinity corrected objective to our system.
Navitar's DIC (Differential Interference Contrast) modules may be used on any ultra coax version (zoom or non-zoom) of the Zoom 6000. The modules work with object side N.A. ranging from 0.05 to 0.50, with optimum performance in the range from 0.15 to 0.4. Lens attachments, operating in the above range will serve for macro applications. Any infinity corrected objectives designed for incident light will suffice for micro. DIC, when used with reflected light, can often be interpreted as a true thre...
Infinity Corrected Objectives can be attached to any Ultra version of the Zoom 6000, 12X Zoom or Precise Eye system to increase the system magnification and decrease working distance. These objective lenses come in magnifications from 2X to 20x.
Lens attachments for the Zoom 6000 system attach to the base of the system body tube and are available in a variety of magnifications. The nominal working distance of the zoom system is approximately 90 mm. Lens attachments thread onto the bottom of the zoom system and can extend the working distance out to 350 mm or pull it in as close as 36mm. The extending lenses (0.75X, 0.5X, and 0.25X) decrease the overall magnification, and increase the field of view. The shortening lenses (1.5X and 2.0X) ...
Navitar offers a high magnification Zoom 6000 system designed for use in the NIR. The Zoom 6000 NIR system has been specifically coated to offer high resolution and unparalleled sensitivity for capturing microscopic images in the near infrared (NIR) wavelength band of 700-2000nm. This modular lens system can be configured to fit nearly any application. Motorized lenses are available upon request

A polarizer is an optical device which converts natural or un-polarized light into polarized light by selective absorption of rays in one direction, and passing of rays perpendicular to the polarizing medium. Usually fabricated from stretched plastic sheets with oriented, parallel bi-refringent crystals.
The Zoom Xtender allows you to adjust your lens working distance from 150mm to infinity. The Xtender allows you to maintain your internal focus and parfocal zooming, as well as keep your computer controlled motorization and detents.
