The Air Hood protects the front surface of a lens from airborne dust and dirt by creating a sheet of positive-pressure air directly in front of the lens. It can dramatically reduce the downtime necessary to keep a lens clean.

The Air Hood screws onto the front of a lens, like an M30.5 filter. In typical applications, it requires a ~3.5 pounds-per-square-inch air pressure source for sufficient pressure to function properly.
Mounting specifications: same as an M30.5 filter
Minimum air pressure required: 3.5 pounds per square inch
